These exercises, developed under the guidance of an experienced instructor, include the complete breathing method, the Soham breathing method for relaxing the brain, and the count breathing method to calm thoughts and promote relaxation.

The app also supports "refreshing awakening" by allowing users to set their favorite sounds or music as alarms. Additionally, it provides insights into the comfort level of the bedroom environment by monitoring temperature and humidity during sleep.

Users can track their sleep patterns and rhythms, as well as understand their sleeping "type" based on data such as falling asleep, waking up, and sleep duration. The app also offers advice tailored to each sleeping type.

ねむり時間計アプリ is compatible with Omron sleeping time meters HSL-003T and HSL-004T, which can be used to easily measure sleep states and transfer data to the app for analysis.
